Welcome and thank you for being part of our journey to help you feel and look your best using natural cosmetics for skin and haircare. Ever since we started this business, we have been amazed by the feedback we have gotten from you, our customers. It has been an exciting experience and we want to express our gratitude for being such loyal customers. Therefore, we have created a loyalty program which we hope you will enjoy. How does the loyalty program work?
Whenever you buy products from us, Edel Naturals Points or E-Points will be added to your account. When you’ve reached the minimum number of points to collect your reward, the next time you visit our shop, you will be given the option to spend your points. You can choose whether to spend them at that time or opt to continue saving points. Why would you continue to save points? Well, simple, because saving pays off. Let’s explain the reward schedule to illustrate this.

Some examples
When you save up 10,000 E-Points or more, you are eligible for a discount on your next order. Let’s say you’ve saved up a little over 10,000 points and want a discount. Next time you visit our shop, at checkout you will be given the option to redeem your reward. In this case a discount of 10% on the order value with a maximum discount of 10,000 TSh. For example, if the order value is 95,000 TSh, the discount you’ll receive is 9,500 TSh in return for 10,000 E-Points. If the order value happens to be over 100,000 TSh, the maximum discount value is limited to 10,000 TSh.

But you do not have to redeem your E-Points. As you can see, if you continue saving points, the discount percentages are increasing! Currently the program allows earning and spending your E-Points, but we plan on expanding ways you can earn and enjoy points in the future. Follow us on social media if you want to stay up to date.

Yes, it’s absolutely FREE! All you have to do, is sign-up for an account in our shop.
Currently you can get them for spending TSh in our shop. In future we are considering options such as engaging with us on social media, celebrating a birthday, or reviewing our products.
Every time you make a purchase, we will send you a message which describes how many points have been saved up currently.
Every time you visit our shop, we will add points to your account at checkout. If you have saved up sufficient points for a reward, you will be given the option to redeem your points. As explained it pays to save up. So, choose wisely.
If you wanted to know, there’s no limit to how many points you can earn – so collect as much as you like but do understand that you can only spend a maximum of 40,000 points on any single order.
No, you cannot combine a discount received in return for E-Points with other coupons.
